Forth-Seventh Avenue Farm has several growing locations. We started on an oversized lot located on 47th Avenue in the Woodstock neighborhood of Southeast Portland. We still do our pickup there but most of our vegetable production has moved. This will be our 7th year on a plot adjacent to the Springwater Corridor Trail on the banks of Johnson Creek. We are also farming at
Zenger Farm, an urban farm owned by the City of Portland and leased by a non-profit which is building an agricultural education center.
This year we are also growing vegetables at Luscher Farm in Lake Oswego. The Luscher Farm property is located at 125 Rosemont Rd, just east of Stafford Rd. In addition to the CSA this historic property includes Community Garden plots, a Children’s Garden, Backyard Wildlife Habitat Gardens, the Oregon Tilth Research and Education Center, woods, wetlands and the original Queen Anne style farmhouse and gambrel-roof barn.
